Credentials:

David K Tomney received his J.D. degree from St. John's University School of Law in 1980 and his LL.M.-Taxation in 1986 from New York University School of Law. In addition to his private practice, Mr. Tomney serves as Assistant County Attorney for Hamilton County.  Prior to starting his own law practice, Mr. Tomney was Tax Counsel for major multinational corporations.  Mr. Tomney is a member and past president of the Shenedehowa Rotary Club.  Mr. Tomney has served on the Stoney Creek  Parks District Committee and also as a director for a not-for-profit company in Indian Lake, NY.  Mr. Tomney has also participated in the nationally recongnized Keller Williams Red Days.
